Kazim Jan

Mr.Jan is holder of Masters in Corporate Law and Political Science, is working as Senior Advocate at ILA. Mr. Jan is holding sufficient proficiency in Corporate, Income Tax, Customs, Banking, Civil and Criminal laws. Before joining ILA, he worked as Legal Officer in US Aid Funded Project namely Power Distribution Program. He also remained as an Associate Counsel with M/s Ahmad Bashir and Associates, Islamabad.

Shazia Malik

Ms. Malik is a Senior Advocate holding graduation in Law from the University of Punjab. She has been enrolled as an Advocate of High  Court for the last 15 years. Ms. Malik has rich experience in Civil, Corporate and Environmental issues.

Mian Afrasiab Gul

Mr. Kakakhel has done his LL.B from the University of Peshawar. He is enrolled as an Advocate High Court. Before joining ILA, he had 5 years of independent practice under his belt. Besides, he is well versed with laws applicable to Tribal Areas. Mr. Kakakhel has been experience in Civil, Service and Constitutional Laws.

Zulfiqar Ali Khalil

Mr. Khalil, a Law Graduate from the University of Peshawar, has now been enrolled as an Advocate High Court so far he has handled more than 2000 cases. His expertise include in Customs, Criminal, Service, Constitutional and Corporate laws. He has significance research on Shariah Laws. He has reported cases and Articles published in various law journals. He has special flare for Trial and Federal Shariat Court cases.

Anwar Shah

Mr. Shah enrolled as practicing lawyer since 2001. Mr. Shah has now been enrolled as an Advocate High Court. He is an experienced Civil Lawyer of Trial and Appellate Courts. During 14 years of professional career, he handled wide variety of cases and has exposure of law. He is known for his expertise in family laws, defamation laws and damages laws.

Hakeem Khan

Mr. Khan is a law graduate and holding Masters in Political Science from the University of Peshawar. He is intensively engaged in Civil, Criminal, Family, Banking and Corporate litigations. An important player of the team at ILA, he is actively involved in high profile cases of the Firm.

Maqsood Ali 

Mr. Ali is a law graduate from the University of Peshawar. He has a rich background in research specially on appraisal of role of Anti-Terrorist Courts in Pakistan. At ILA, he is playing active role in Civil, Criminal, Family, Banking and Corporate litigations of the Firm.

Muhammad Ayub Paracha

Mr. Paracha holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration with Major in Finance (1995). Registered as an Income Tax Practitioner. Mr. Paracha having deep insight of taxation laws and has over 20 years of professional experience as Tax Manager. He has been advising individuals, Firms and Corporate entities on tax optimization strategies, tax planning, and withholding taxes; and to managing routine compliance and procedures like obtaining exemption certificates, refund applications, filing of income and sales tax returns, tax audits and litigations, statutory statements, finalization of hearing proceedings, appeal preparation and pleadings thereof.

Saqib Iftikhar

Saqib Iftikhar recently joined Isaac Law Associates; previously he was working as an associate in Kakakhel Law associates, remained associate in many Constitutional, Criminal, Civil and Service matters. His avidity and acumen in the field of taxation and corporate law invariably landed him in Isaac Law, Associates. 

Barrister Saud Khan

Mr.Saud Khan recently joined Isaac Law Associates. He is the yougest barrister in Pakistan and one of the youngest in the world. He passed the exam to the Bar of England in age of 23. Saud completed his graduation and post-graduation from England with a merit. His area of practice includes Criminal law, Civil law, Family law, Human rights, Administrative, Tax and Commercial law. Saud has been engagedby Pakistan Tobacco Board Headquarters as their legal advisor. Since then he has successfully handled several multi-million rupees cases and service matters on their behalf. He is also engaged as Member at Dispute Resolution Council Peshawar where he has expertly mediated and negotiated in high-pressure family, land and recovery cases. Due to his shrewd dispute resolution acumen, he was made Secretary within 4 months of becoming a member at the Council. His zeal and commitment towards human rights has led him to being engaged in some major human rights cases and projects.
